We'd love you to visit us for a weekend service.

We meet in two locations with three service options.

We aim to create an environment where people can experience the love of God. When you come you’ll realise we love Jesus and people. We're a judgment-free zone.

So come as you are, meet us, have a cuppa, and explore for yourself. We hope you'll find a home, discover who you're made to be, and feel empowered to make a difference in the community.

We’ve created this page to help answer any common questions you may have before your visit.

We hope to see you soon!

    Bethany Cemetery Information

In 1842, Bethanien (Bethany) was the first village to be established in Neuschlesien (New Silesia - the Barossa Valley) by a group of German Lutheran migrants many of whom had arrived with Pastor Gotthard Daniel Fritzsche on the Skjold in 1841. First services were held in the open or under a tree, then in the School Room built ca 1843.
