Funday Sunday – What a Day!
The sun shone, the people came, and Funday Sunday truly lived up to its name!
From the awesome worship service until pack down began, the day was filled with God’s love, laughter, joy and community spirit.
Families turned out to enjoy delicious food, fun activities, and entertainment. The kids had a wonderful time - running, playing, crafting.
Events like these don’t happen without the hard work and support of many people.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Funday Sunday such a success—our volunteers, organisers, stallholders, entertainers, and of course, everyone who came along to share the day with us.

Safe Church – Child Safe Information
The LCA has a three-stage process to enable continuous improvement of child safety.
Congregations are asked to review how they meet the Child Safety Standards every three years by undertaking the following steps:
1. Self-Assessment
2. Development of Child Safety Standards Action Plan
3. Implementation of Child Safety Standards Action Plan.
Implementation of the Child Safety Standards is compulsory for all Australian congregations. Church Council is responsible for making this happen. Each of the ten LCA Child Safety Standards has several elements that act as indicators regarding what needs to be in place to meet the standard. Self-Assessment is a way to measure and see how your congregation is going and using the indicators. It is like doing a child safety ‘health check’.
