Do you ever feel awkward, ill-equipped, unqualified, or unprepared to share the gospel? Do you know someone curious about the gospel, Jesus, or the Christian faith, but you just aren’t sure of the next steps? Do you wish you could more freely share the gospel in a natural way with your friends, family, workmates, or neighbours?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, a Gospel Fluency Workshop might be a great blessing for you and your congregation!
Offered by LCANZ Local Mission, the Gospel Fluency workshops are designed to give you a vocabulary, context and some actual practice in sharing the good news in words and actions with those around you.
Have you ever learned to speak a second language (or third or fourth)? There’s no easy way to become fluent in a new language. It takes practice and immersion in speaking, hearing and reading.

Blueprint Ministry Grants 2024 Applications close November 1, 2024.
Are you looking to grow a current ministry or start a new initiative for ministry to children, youth, young adults, or families? Blueprint Ministries offers a ministry funding grant to any LCANZ congregation in the SA-NT District that is seeking to expand its outreach and ministry opportunities. The grant money has been made available through funds raised at the 2024 Blueprint Ministries Dinner.
We look forward to new recipients creatively considering how they can utilise funding for ministry purposes. Key criteria in assessing applications will be how the ministry can improve outreach and mission to people in their community. It can also help congregations access resources and training that may be limited due to cost.
Applicants can apply for up to $1000. There are limited funds available, so funding allocations will be determined by the number of applicants and the grant may not be the total amount requested. To apply and for more information on the grant, go to https://www.blueprintministries.org.au/resources/grants/

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
In an increasingly uncertain, volatile and fast paced world, the need for well-developed resilience is more important than ever before. Our capacity to adapt or recover quickly from challenge or difficulty impacts our ability to cope with stress effectively; safeguard our mental health; sustain professional longevity; maintain hope in hardship; and increase our overall sense of satisfaction in life.
Delivered over the course of two evenings, lecturer and counsellor Olivia Kearney will take you through the theory of resilience and the ways you can develop greater resilience through the lens of a self-care framework that encompasses all aspects of the biopsychosocial self:
Part A) Tuesday 5th November 2024, 5:30pm to 8:30pm
