WYLDLife Youth Group

WYLDLife

If you have a child/grandchild in years 5-7 and would be interested, come check out our youth group on a Tuesday night.

Please contact Tiffany on 0466039463 or email tiffanyvoigt@younglife.org.au. for more information.

It is a very casual setting so even if they don't like "church" it is a time for fellowship.

Summer Camp Highlights

12 campers attended and 18 volunteers went to help out and they all had a blast!

Memories were made and friendships were created.

We would like to thank everyone who donated, prayed and supported us in anyway.

Update SBLC Call Committee

Update from SBLC Call Committee – 5th February 2025.

As reported mid-January, we extended a contingent call to pastor Ben Hentschke. Ben called us last week and declined our call. He said that after much thought and prayer, he believed the Holy Spirit was leading him to remain in his current position as Assistant Bishop for the Qld District.

We have been in contact with Bishop Andrew Brook and will have further discussion with him and Assistant Bishop Stephen Schultz when Stephen returns in the next 2 weeks. Our objective will be to investigate other options to better identify pastors with the skills we require and who would be open to relocating to the Barossa.

After those discussions, we anticipate we will again circulate a list of pastors for members to review and forward names to us for consideration by the Call Committee.

Please contact a member of the Call Committee if you have any queries.

Kind Regards SBLC Call Committee – Michael Heinrich, Wendy Liebelt, Nevin Nitschke, Dean Hoklas, Katrina Neldner & Phil Hiscock.
